1. Specific delivery and pick-up time slots for Thursdays are limited. Once those slots fill up we cannot commit to specific times for the remainder of the day.

  2. You can email orders@grandandessex.com after 3:00 pm, on the day of your order, and we can give you the ETA for your order.

  3. Once your order goes through, you cannot change from a Delivery to a Pick-up or a Pick-up to a Delivery

  4. Any questions regarding your order should go to orders@grandandessex.com

  5. If you did not receive various products from your order, that means they were out of stock when your order was processed.

  6. You are only charged for the items you receive. That charge is reflected on the receipt that comes with your order. It can take up to 48 hours for your actual charge to reflect on your credit card account.

  7. We can't make changes to your order but you can if it hasn't already started being processed. Click on the account icon in the upper right corner. You can go to your Order History and click on Update Order. Add whatever you want and then go to checkout and click on Update order and you're set.
